Lead NASCA in the delivery of culturally connected learning & support programs. Empower and support First Nations young people to thrive at school and beyond. Suits a youth, education, or community sector leadership background. First Nations people are encouraged to apply.

You will continue the strong leadership and operational delivery of the outgoing CEO of 10 years, working with the board to influence strategy and develop initiatives for growth, innovation and improvement to ensure NASCA’s future, culture and continued achievement of organisation goals.

Northern Territory Program Director - Alice Springs NT

We are looking for a dynamic operator to lead our NT programs! Develop and deliver the NASCA Program across the Northern Territory. Coach and support Program Leads in their roles. Organise and coordinate cross-program resources, events, and activities. Develop program reports. Co-create KPIs with Program Leads and work with them to review outcomes. Develop and maintain meaningful Territory wide relationships with stakeholders. Oversee the NASCA NT volunteer program.

Program Lead positions are available in Sydney NSW at locations across the Greater Sydney Region.

As a Program Lead you will: Mentor and support First Nation students aged between 12-18yrs, including facilitating and presenting workshops, and providing in-class tutoring and outside class assistance; Support students through cultural and physical education activities, life skills and school engagement activities, excursions and community engagement; Prepare lesson plans and coordinates resources for program delivery, and collect data about the student outcomes for reporting purposes; Work in a team within schools; and from time to time work weekends and overnight to run residential programs and camps.
