Deputy Program Director | Eastern NSW
NASCA is seeking a highly motivated leader to fill the position of NASCA Deputy Program Director- Eastern to provide strategic advice and support to the Program Director and CEO in the program area across a cluster of sites within the Eastern NASCA footprint.
The Deputy Director- Eastern will be responsible for the successful implementation and effective management of NASCA Young Women Academies within the Eastern area. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional professional skills that are critical to maintaining strong relationships with schools, communities, and students while meeting contractual compliance and achieving set KPIs inclusive of data collection and reporting requirements.
The Deputy Director - Eastern will manage our Eastern Region Teams and Schools in delivering the NASCA program and support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of NASCA programs, benefiting the communities, schools, and students involved. This includes program and project planning, coordination, management and implementation and supportive contribution to the possible expansion and/or development of new NASCA locations within the Eastern footprint.
This role is based in Eastern NSW.
