The Deputy CEO reports to and works under the limited direction of the CEO and exercises managerial responsibility for NASCA’s operational staff. In doing so, the appointee will lead, coordinate and evaluate the work of NASCA’s Program and Support teams. The Deputy CEO will set and monitor the teams’ work activities and exercise initiative and professional judgement where practices and direction are not clearly defined. Events and Engagement Lead
The Events and Engagement Lead will be responsible for coordinating events and activities aligned with NASCA’s Strategic Plan. This will include coordinating youth events during NAIDOC week, organising the logistics for internal team events & training, fundraising functions, community engagement and partnership activities. The Events & Engagement Lead will be motivated and self-directed, but also able to work well within a collaborative team environment. The role will suit a highly organised individual who can see both the big picture and finer details, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to realise high quality and meaningful events.Apply
