Team Leader Check-In Guide At the end of the day (Daily)
Purpose
This guide supports Team Leaders to conduct regular check-ins with volunteers during community placement. The purpose of the check-in is to ensure volunteers feel supported, identify any concerns early, and provide an opportunity for issues to be raised before they escalate.
This is not intended to be completed as a daily form for every volunteer. Team Leaders should use these prompts as part of their end of day conversations and record details only where there are concerns, actions, follow-up requirements, or important observations.
